Damages and Missing Items

In the rare even that you receive your order with damaged or missing products please do not return or refuse any shipments as this will void any claims.

Damaged Items

For products damaged during shipping please contact us within 24 hours of acceptance. We will then file a damage claim with the carrier and send you a replacement product as soon as possible.

Please note that we may require a written description and digital pictures of the damages.

Missing Items

Please be sure to search through all packing material including "bubble wrap" as some items may be packed in it. Check your invoice to find if the missing item is not on back-order. Also double check your tracking number(s) as some orders will ship in multiple packages or will shipped directly from the manufacture.
